Pros: cheap affirdable Cons: tolliets and showers barely give water Internet rareley works, air conditioning worked in only one room, musty smell. Very musty, Waste smells like it vents into the bath room. Parking is secure but very difficult to get in or out

The receptionist was very helpful and polite, we came after hours and he still helped us into a room prices are great for what you get, it's an apartment better than most California studios. Casa in playa Carmen location are all good I recommend casa del arbol the best hotel in playa del Carmen possibly in Mexico, and I've been through it all!

It was good for the price, good location when I visited they did not had hot water. But the air conditioner was working great and the rooms are pretty good. It has a kitchen but the stove was not working.

At least in our room was a terrible experience!! my brother had and other room and the worst thing was a leaking sound all night but for us was almost a nightmare, we arrived from the airport, super tired, we just wanted was to take a sit and refresh, the TV remote broken, there wasn't a cable to connect the TV signal, the refrigerator leaking as a waterfall. We asked for help and the receptionist came but he couldn't do anything, we cleaned the mess of the refrigerator as we could it took like an hour, we didn't watch tv, and we were so tired so we sleet good. The place is really nice, but I guess the maintenance failed us.

Worst hotel ive stayed in. - No safety deposit boxes in rooms. - Hot water didn't work. - No ventilation in bathroom except for a tiny window leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the toilet. - Virtually no cooking utensils, making a basic task such as hard boiling an egg extremely difficult. No sponge to clean any dishes. - Beds were extremely uncomfortable, may as well of slept on their sun loungers. - Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. - Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. - Fridge was dirty and horrible and the bottom of it was rusty. - Staff funny when you leave hotel to eat or drink out. A little two faced. I could go on but im not going to waste any more time.
