Lovely hotel in Venice. We would stay again. The room was lovely, large bed and extra pillows etc if needed. The air con was very welcome as it was unseasonably warm during our stay. The bathroom was modern, well equipped and with a large shower. It is well located near to lots of things but also not as busy as the area near San Marco so it's the best of both worlds. Our room was on the top floor (lots of stairs) but we didn't mind. Also there was a little street noise but this is to be expected in a city. It wasn't intrusive though and we still slept well. The gentleman who checked us in was also very welcoming and accommodating and let us know to check our trains as there was a strike on.

The best part of Casa Martini was its location! So close to the train station and you can even take a boat taxi (€15 one-way) from the airport to the Guglie dock, which was only a 3 minute walk away. Since we arrived late and the reception was already closed, they had kindly prepared all the materials required to check-in including instructions and necessary information. This was really convenient! The rooms were clean and the bathroom spotless. The only downside was how thin the walls and doors were. Good thing was that all the other guests were quiet and respectful, but you could clearly hear people the next morning getting ready to check out.

The hotel is near the main train station. A little bit hard to find, as the main entrance was in an alley. The check-in was unique, I love the coziness of the hotel. Surrounded by various restaurants.. Our room was located near the lobby, sadly the wifi was pretty weak. Overall, it was nice to stay here.

Great Hotel ! Close to the train station, making the arrival very easy. The Neighborhood is very pleasant, less crowded than other parts of the City with nice restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious for Venice, in a nice and classical style, and very clean. Last but not least, the staff is very professional, helpful and kind ! Thanks to them for making our holidays delightful ! David & Coralie

Casa Martini was in the perfect location, very close to the train station. Its in a quiet area of Venice so perfect for great restaurants and exploring . The room was large and very clean there is also an outside terrace on the second floor. I would have loved a small fridge and a coffee machine or just a kettle in the room but there are so many restaurants right outside its really not an issue.
