Do NOT say here, Rooms are small, dark and unclean, other than the nice staff and good location, it's not worth the money you'll pay. The beds are terrible and uncomfortable. Rooms are small. The hair dryer isn't powerful, there no heating unless you hotel turns it on. Would not recommend staying here.

We were in Venedig for 2 days. The location is good very central to everything also the people on the reception are very friendly!!! Our trip was with a small dog - the room what we had was bad! Very small, dark it was more like a „prison“. Due to the reason we had a dog our room was separate to the other and on the last floor. I think there is only 1 room in the whole hotel where is a dog allowed. If you have a big dog - don’t book it. The toilet was broke - the shower/head was not so clean and broke. No Air Condition! The bed was to small and the mattress was bad. We are disappointed - we would not book here again!!!!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! My husband and i stayed for 3 nights. The location might be attractive and the staff somewhat helpful, but that's where it ends. - THERE IS NO COFFEE PROVIDED IN THE ROOMS, only tea. - the walls and ceilings are paper thin. You will hear your neighbours talking, snoring, walking, watching TV, flushing the toilet. - the rooms are dark due to poor lighting - the rooms are only heated if the building owner decides to turn on central heating (so it's not all year round or at your discretio , the air conditioning unit is really only a fan) - the bathrooms are from the 70s, drying your hair will take an hour - the windows don't always open - the mattresses are thin and collapsed in the centre (a double bed is two singles joined together so there's a hard ridge in the middle) - the pillows are lumpy - the fridge is barely cold (the room was so cold it was the same temperature as the fridge and I thought the fridge was not working) - electricity to the room is cut when you leave as a key on your set of keys needs to be inserted and left in a plug, so you can't charge anything (e.g. camera batteries, toothbrushes, devices) while away.
