We booked a deluxe room for 2 nights at this hotel. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We were given a room where the faucet and shower were rusty and the toilet was dirty with brown stains. The toilet lid was wobbly and almost broken. The storage area for cosmetic items was the toilet cistern. The view of the backyard with old dirty corrugated iron roofs. The rusted steel windows smeared with paint. The facility as from bulky waste. holes in the walls. The closet was so dirty that you couldn't use it. That's called a grand hotel with deluxe rooms. I wouldn't book here again, even for a gift. The pictures on the internet are nice but what awaits you here is a catastrophe. I can only advise against booking a room here. For this price it's not worth it. These rooms are not worth more than 1000 pesos. There are enough other hotels. In Manila we had a 5 star hotel with top facilities and service for a few pesos more.

I was attending a convention in this hotel. Location is great. Food is good. But the sad thing is, they don't offer free parking for those attending the convention that would last for 9-10hours. They only offer them for check-in guests and coordinators for events/convention.

Its really good place to stay for a night but when we visit the pool was closed. A lot of food stores nearby and starbucks too!

This hotel has improved a lot from its guest services to facilities based on my fourth visit. The guards and front desk agents were so polite. They have ongoing renovation in their restaurant and guest rooms as well. Sadly I was not able to use the pool because it was under renovation too. The breakfast food is average enough but waiters and chefs were very attentive. Surely I will stay in this hotel again on my next trip to Cebu City.

The place is old. The fridge didn't work. I called the desk to tell them and was told it wasn't a fridge, it was a chiller. Well the chiller doesn't work. We ate at the restaurant and it was good. The pool seemed cloudy. When we were there nobody used it but us. The view is great from the pool area. There is a really cool strip mall right outside of the hotel with great little restaurants and a Starbucks. There was dancing there last night. The staff were great. Nobody cleaned our room yesterday so now I will go get toilet paper. Its very close to Ayala mall. Oh, the ceiling leaked when it rained.
