Pleasant ambiance. Near hospitals and other establishments so I recommend the location. Staff are friendly. Affordable but with quality service. Thank you! Will definitely come back if given the chance again. Oh and wifi connection is very good!

Let's get some complaints out of the way first. Had a few bad experiences here. When I first got the room, the towel that was already there had a weird stink to it. Cockroaches were plentiful in the bathroom (caught sight of three during my 7-day stay, 2 big ones, 1 baby cockroach. Of the 2 adult cockroaches, the other got away while I killed the rest.) They don't provide soap apparently, just shampoo gel. Not much noise suppression to the room either as you can fairly clearly hear the noise outside, and it can get pretty loud if it's early in the morning and your room is on the ground floor as people gather around to eat breakfast outside. The food they provide is nothing special either. It's a bit bland, but not inedible. Other than the above, I don't have much else to complain about (although the cockroaches part is a fairly major issue, where is the hygiene?) The room designs seem fine enough, although my room didn't have a closet or sizable table I could put to use. The staff seem fine, although, once again, they really do need to work on cleaning up the rooms and getting rid of those roaches. They do kindly help out when asked, but god, they need to be more aware of the cleanliness of their rooms to prevent any infestations. I can't in good faith put 5 stars up for this hotel even if I consider its affordability because of the health concerns that come with the roaches.

I stayed here last year as well but in a smaller room, this time bigger room. I like that Filipino breakfast is included. For me it's good location since it is only a short walk where I go around here.

Rooms were smaller than expected, towels were a bit worn out and blankets are very thin. Their free breakfast is okay but they could perhaps do better with providing more choices or at least a variety of salads to serve (we got the same kind of salad in our 5 days stay there). The staff are nice and friendly. They were honest and kind enough to call and text us to let us know we left one of our bags upon check-out.
