Amazing bedrooms! My kids loved the bunk beds. The rooms have an amazing view and the hotel is right in front of the elevator that takes you to the lift. The service is outstanding, staff go out of their way to serve the guests at every opportunity

Stayed in CERVO for 2 nights with Nomad L with the Mountain View. One of the best stays I have ever had in my life. The concept of the hotel is really unique. It also offers extra experience of Outdoor Hot Pool, Climbing Wall, Sauna, Relaxation Room. Breakfast was also included in my stay and it was decent with friendly restaurant staff. The price to stay in this hotel is worth it in my opinion. What was missing is that they require charge for pick up from train station to their hotel. Went to other part of Switzerland but they offer free pickup unlike Cervo. Otherwise, everything else was great. Highly recommended.

This truly is one of the most special and greatest places to stay - I have been in many luxurious hotels but this one just tops them all. Great place, great views, wonderfull food and most of all very kind and attentive staff - for example they already know what kind of coffee you like after just 1 breakfast. Super friendly, helpful, and with personal attention during the whole stay. All I can say is that I will be going again !

This review is purely for the apres-ski which is the best one in Zermatt in my opinion. I had the privilege of going there for 2 days straight as Cervo is conveniently located at the bottom of a slope, and you almost can't miss it. The vibe is amazing, there was a dj and live music there. Loved the mulled wine, the crowd is fun too, and the views are unbeatable. An absolute must!

Excellent hotel, full of charm for those who love "Swiss oriental boho chic influences". The staff is pleasant, the rooms (Nomad L) are perfect, very original with their mezzanine beds for children and their large balcony. The spa is excellent, at the level of a hotel of this standard, as are the activities offered daily to customers. The few downsides would be the restaurants whose dishes are not up to par with the rest described above, as is the service if you ask for something outside the scope listed.
