Wonderful hotel! The room was really good with great view of Matterhorn. A nice spa, a good bar and three great restaurants within the hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is good. Strongly recommended.

Rude staff. The fridge had nothing in it. A bulb was missing. Great view from my room tho. There was nothing too awful about that place, just that one female staff. She is just not giving IT. Why on earth wouldn’t she let us sit wherever we wanted since there was no reservation for those tables? I mean, not that I know of, because she just told us that she wanted us to sit together (we came in as a group) and that there was another group coming; that’s why she didn’t let us sit at certain tables. But I doubt that there was a group coming, cause since the moment I stepped inside that restaurant to the very moment that I left, there was no sign of any group. Maybe they just wanna keep the good tables for their white customers ig. 🤷‍♂️ (I’m saying this because there was an Asian couple who weren’t with our group, but they were forced to sit with us for some unknown reasons.) And she moved my bag from the table we wanted to sit without permission. It’s just rude. Plus, her attitude was so not ok. If you’re white and dgaf, feel free to come here. I’m pretty sure it would be a great experience for you.

Most memorable stay, with Matterhorn view from the hotel's entrance and even from some bedroom (ask for room at level 3). The best view ever.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic view of the Matterhorn, comfortable rooms, and amazing amenities. We were welcomed by a bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate our honeymoon, which was a lovely and charming surprise. The balcony looking out to the Matterhorn is truly the gem of the entire hotel, however the luxuries continue inside. Comfortable beds and a very large bathroom with high class features. The hotel features 3 different restaurants (Thai, Japanese, and Italian) as well as a decent sized gym and an incredibly relaxing spa room with a pool, hot tub, and a steam room. The spa room is dimmed light with LED lighting surrounding, with many mirrors and a mirrored ceiling, along with soothing calm music. It was perfect to relax in after a day of travelling and a round trip train to Gornergrat. Great location and close to many shops and restaurants. Make sure to check out Club Mamacita for some excellent Peruvian food!
