Anne's place is an absolute gem – it ticks every box, from the rooms to its prime location. But what truly elevates it is Anne herself: she's caring, hospitable, and has a knack for creating that 'home away from home' vibe. It's not just about the basics of cleanliness, location, and privacy; it's the cozy, inviting atmosphere that made me prolong my stay in Chiangmai. If you're after a spot that blends genuine care, comfort, and a host who makes you feel truly special, Anne's is the spot to go for. Given its popularity, Anne's rooms get snatched up fast, so act quickly! And even though you'd likely never want to cancel once you experience it, her free cancellation policy speaks volumes about her caring and empathetic nature, adding an extra touch to the already exceptional experience she provides.

The service here is excellent, it's a great value for money. The owner Ann, is a very kind and generous person. The atmosphere was very nice, and you'll get comfortable after a night stay. The rooms were very clean and there is room service and water delivered to your door daily. Definitely would recommend anyone to stay here if they are looking for a medium term stay!

Only stayed here 1 night , as we was leaving next day, but i wish i would of found this place the 1st night we got here, would stay again and would recommend

Clean, friendly staffs. There is no elevator. But the building has only 3 floor so it might be not a big problem. They clean the room everyday. There are laundry service just opposite the hotel. And easy to find restaurants and just about 200m to thapae gate. Some faults, In my room, there is no electrical outlet near the desk so it can’t charge notebook or phone while sitting in front of the desk or use kettle there. And the bedstead is not fits the mattress, the bedstead is bigger. It hurts my leg many times accidentally.
