I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful stay I had at your hotel. Firstly, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the reception staff. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests I had, and their exceptional service truly enhanced my overall experience. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the housekeeping staff. Their attention to detail and dedication ensured that my room was always immaculate and comfortable. It was truly a pleasure to return to a clean and well-maintained space after a long day of exploring. Furthermore, I would like to extend my thanks to all the restaurant staff, chefs, and food team. The culinary delights I experienced during my stay were simply outstanding. The delectable dishes and impeccable service truly exceeded my expectations. However, I must mention that I was disappointed to find that there was no WiFi available in the rooms. In today's digital age, reliable internet access is essential for both work and leisure purposes. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider improving this aspect in the future. Additionally, I noticed that the pools were quite cold for children. While I understand that maintaining the perfect temperature can be challenging, it would be wonderful if there could be a warmer option for the younger guests to enjoy. Once again, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and memorable stay at your hotel. I will definitely recommend your establishment to friends and family, and I look forward to the opportunity to visit again in the future.

Excellent experience in this hotel great food everyday different choice and something special and the desserts awsome, staff very polite and helpful from reception to cleaners, pools and aquapark great clean water temperature good, lovely beach with pier that you can snorkel to see beautiful fishes and coral reef, great choice of excursion in good price similar to the one from outside hotel.Rooms are a little bit out dated but clean and spacious good aircondition and every room has a safe to put your valuables in so there can not be any stilling issue we where even leaving our phones in the room and they never gone missing. Everyday different animation we even had Halloween party in the pool with foam at night 😁 I do recommend this hotel and would be back there definitely.

I recommend it to the families as it: Buffet 10/10 Staff 10/10 Location 10/10 Pool 10/10 Aqua 10/10 Beach 10/10 Room. 7/10 Service 8/10 Wifi 0/10 Maintenance 6/10 Activities 6/10 I advised the hotel’s owner to give more care to the hotel as it’s a very good location, area, snorkel, aqua park, pool….etc But still need more care and activities

it was a very bad experience i don't know where to start! the staff in the reception were too agressive and unfriendly the rooms were too old and the roof was about to fall over us we had 3 different rooms and all the rooms were the same old and disgusting they don't clean the ground very well the service is too bad we arrived to the hotel and decided to shower but we were surprised that there's no towels in the shower or napkins we called the reception to bring us some towels and it took them 2 hours to get them for us all the activities on the pool is extra charge and i've never seen a hotel that charge for activities there's no wifi in the rooms only in reception and that's the only hotel that i visited and doesn't have wifi in the rooms in the breakfast there's no many choices of cheese there's only one kind of them and the butter is so disgusting it tastes like oil before the last day in this hotel the roof in my room started to leak water from the roof from the air conditioner and the amanger told me that its because i turned the ac 24/7 how is that possible but when the staff fixed the AC he found out that there so many dirt in the ac in the end i don't recommend this hotel for anybody thank you for this bad vacation charmillion hotels and resorts...
