Totally gorgeous apartment in the most fabulous location. We were 10 mins from everywhere you could want to go. Spacious and very well equipped for our stay. Downside: you've got to be quick in the shower if two people want hot water. Must: take the water taxi from the airport to your front door!

We recently stayed at their Deluxe IQs apartment. The location is spot on, so close to all attractions. You can see the Gondolas pass by from your window! The apartment itself is excellent with all amenities like dishwasher, flat screen TVs in all rooms, nespresso machine, juicer, lovely decor and of course is very spacious. The cleaning done every morning is spot on. The croissants are brought from an excellent bakery and given to you fresh every morning. Both Tania and Katrina are of great help and are very hospitable. They have an excellent knowledge of the area and will give you so many tips on seeing places. We were seeing Rome next and Tania also advised us on what places to see and which hotels to eat in! Myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate a bit to stay here during our next trip to Venice.

This place is so amazing! The breakfast is perfect to start you off for the a long day of exploring and every detail of the room is a absolute joy to use. Open the window and enjoy venetian architecture and people watching, while the gondolas pass by. This is without a doubt the best kept secret in all of Venice, pay with confidence, and enjoy the friendliest, most accommodating, and intimate boutique hotel experience you've ever had!

This is an amazing location in the heart of venice. This is a beautiful apartment style hotel. You can sleep right next to a canal of Venice. The rooms are spacious and brand new. Each suite comes with a fully appointed kitchen. Staff was very accommodating and gave great local recommendations. The location is ideal, short walk to St Marks Sqaure and Rialto bridge. I definitely recommend the water taxi from the airport. It is a little pricey but its like your own personal Gondola ride. We also had hand delivered pastries every morning provided by the staff.
