Loved this hotel! Its extremely clean and the rooms are so cozy & cute. One of the people that I interacted with was Albert! I was so thirsty in the middle of the night when I called down for water. He helped me get some water, while I was downstairs he also fixed an issue with my reservation. Honestly all of the staff was extremely friendly. Whether it was the elevator, hallway or lobby each staff member greeted me and smiled. I will for sure stay here again.

I liked it! My stay was short, but I enjoyed it. Perfect for 1 person or a couple. The design of the rooms and the use of space spectacular! Very quiet, no noise or voice that could disturb you in the room. Lobby and bar very lively and pleasant atmosphere. another pro, it is downtown.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Despite the small rooms, they've maximized space for comfort. The bed is huge, the width of the room, and even tall people can comfortably fit on it. Inside, it's clean and well-maintained, showing they take good care of it. I liked that you can adjust the color of the lighting in the room. Plus, there's a bar downstairs that stays open late, which is a big bonus. The gym is open 24/7 and has stationary bikes, a treadmill, a rowing machine, and a fitness mirror. The location is very convenient, with public transportation nearby.

Our time at citizenM was pretty good, the rooms were well presented and very high tech which we really enjoyed. Customer service was not so great, we had an issue with our first room as the dark blinds were not working and it took 4 tries to speak to the front desk to get them to help us and we did feel as if we were not welcomed or being too bothersome which we did not like. Eventually we did get a room change which was good but the experience left us with a bad taste in our mouth. Parking was around $10 which was great and overall the location was amazing right next to the metromover so we could park and use it too. Another negative experience was that in the bar we asked for a g&t and they said they were only doing beers and wine, no cocktails which we thought was a bit weird. Overall a good stay but there were definitely bits that were lacking, but for the price you definitely get a nice room which we could not complain.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The location is great, right in the middle of downtown. It gets a bit crazy during events in Kaseya Center. The hotel is very modern, newly furbished with a funky vibe. The staff is great, and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, really hard to move around when you have big luggages with you. They only clean the rome every day (you can opt for more often room cleaning), they have some kind of policy around waste of resources (which is great), however they did not clean our room. The cleaning lady only changed our towels that's it. Breakfast is very basic, with new options to choose from. Not many vegetables or fruits.
