Fab location, lovely breakfast lady, extremely helpful staff. The issue is the rooms, as they are all very different. We changed a few times. Some are very old and dusty, but spacious, others are completely renovated but with tiny baths. Some do not have proper heating, others have even brand new wooden floors and ca. 5 m high ceilings.

The hotel is centrally located, and the rooms are spacious, and very clean and comfortable, except maybe for the uppermost rooms, which are a bit smaller as they are loft rooms. Breakfast is very generous and you are allowed to take a banana, apple and orange with you for the day (as it should be as these fruits should be taken separately). The staff is very helpful even though not everyone knows English. The security is also very good as is the price which is real good value for money.

Very good location, main public transportations are in direct proximity, good restaurants are within walking distance. Rooms are clean, however the overall quality is bellow average. No towel change, no consumables refilling.

We were supposed to be in Berlin for a weekend, but due to unforeseen circumstances could not travel. The staff was helpful enough to transfer our booking w/o any fuss to the next week. When we reached there, they again allowed us to checkin before time which was great. The room itself was large for a double room and it didn't feel stuffy. The furniture had a nice strong look and the ceilings were high. The breakfast was complimentary for us and it was really nice. Reasonable price, helpful staff and nice room overall. Location wise, the ubahn station and the bus stop is hardly 2 mins walk from the entrance. I am surely going to stay in this hotel again in my next trip to Berlin.

Was feeling ill when I arrived several hours before 2pm check in time and had to wait, understandably, for a room. The single room was neat, clean, and much roomier than I'd expected, with a large armoire for unpacking. The bed was comfortable for me, as were the blanket and pillow. The bathroom could have used a towel bar or towel ring but I just threw the towel over the top of the shower and the lady changed it every day anyway when she made up the room. The included breakfast was very very nice - a full selection of juice, meets, cheeses, cereals, yogurt, eggs, tea, coffee, etc. - far above the croissant & coffee I was sort of expecting. The location is very close to Adenauerplatz with numerous cafes, shops and U-bahn station; the staff was helpful and checked on my flight home for me. I would definitely stay here again.
