We stayed deluxe family room with window. Condition of room is good, size is ok.. Bathroom.. water power is strong. The bath tub is not user friendly... too high and water will splash out and flooring is very wet after shower. Must be very careful. One side of the shower wall is translucent facing the bed. Not sure why the aircon is not cold even when we lower the temperature to 20. Overall.. I will still recommend for its cleanliness and convenience. As train station exit Y21 is only staircase., best to exit Y27 using the escalator and walk back to Y21

The room I booked came without window. I was a little claustrophobic but since it was only for a night, it’s okay. Exit at Y21 from Taipei Main Station underground mall. Room was clean, water pressure was good, just that no bidet and toilet paper cannot flush. Must throw in the bin beside. Otherwise, it’s not too bad.

Great location since it is easy walking distance distance from Main Station. The night Market is easy to get to and City Suites is a new hotel and very clean. There are no closets, however, and all storage is in open shelves under the bed. The lobby is very sparse and not convenient to meet a client or friend. I recommend for travelers.

Very small room with bathtub and no windows, hardwood floors that are wiped with floor detergent each morning, and sheets are changed as well. Overall very clean hotel. No frills and extras - look elsewhere if you want breakfast, pool, gym or room service, although ubereats and the nearby 7-11 was sufficient for us. Location could be better - 15 minute underground mall walk to the main train station gets tiring fast.

Hotel is near to Y27 exit of Taipei Station. Easy access to anywhere in Taipei, especially the Taoyuan Airport MRT station is within 2 mins walk. Front desk was very friendly when we check-in/out. Room is comfortable with a big TV. Only issue is the bathtub is too high. You need to take a big step to get in/out of it which is potential to falls. Overall this is a good accommodation choice if walking is for you.
