So awful that I left after one night, which meant losing the $700 payment I had made. Never has an accomodation been so grim that the only solution I could think of was to walk away. IMHO - you can find better.
I booked a double room and on arrival was shown a room with two small singles. As an example of how awful it was, the shutters to the window could not open as scaffolding blocked them and so no light got into the room. There was a wardrobe carcass, and the toilet flush mechanism was smashed.
I contacted manager to say this wasn't the double room I had booked or paid for. I was advised that the two beds could be pushed together. I was only offered a change to a double room after I had advised the manager that I had left.

It's a great place to stay in Rome. Very well located, close to Termini station, clean, comfortable and with amazing service. Good prize for the the wide spectrum of advantages offered. The hosts are kind and clear. Recomended.

The worst place I have been ever. NEVER come back, here they smoke, people are touching ring-bell every time at night, it's a sex oriented hotel, UNBEARABLE BATH SMELL, YOU CAN'T sleep here. It's better to rest on the car or in the rail station than here.
