On arrival the mood was totally off, we asked if we could get our money back because we did not feel safe and the place was disgusting. The service was horrible. The owner was very persistent and would not leave our side whilst we were deciding if would leave or stay. Our passport were even missing, and when we called the owner he said we had to wait for over an hour to get it back. After threatening him with calling the police, a colleague arrived within 10 minutes. The shower did not work, the rooms did not look the same and the rooms were very cold. I would not let my worst enemy stay at this place.

DO NOT DO IT. If I could give this place a negative review I would. When we walked in our room we were greeted with bugs crawling on our floor. We could not get out of here fast enough. You could not pay me to stay here and if anyone claims the stay was pleasant they’re lying.

Good location but poor service. Water was leaking from Air conditioner in the room ALL NIGHT. My bag was damaged due to the water leak. I asked for compensation for damaged bag, but they kindly informed me that it was my fault. Shower is something not working. WIFI is unstable. Overall, I would not come back to this hotel and don’t recommend this hotel to my friends.

Absolutely disgusting place! AVOID . We wanted to leave as soon as we saw the place and the man refused to give us the money we paid for taxes. When we asked to speak to the manager he just played music in his phone to make it seem like he was calling someone and said he was “too busy”. Not a good way to run a business. He also kept trying to ignore us until we called the police. This place is a joke nothing like the pictures. It stunk like mildew and everything just looked filthy I didn’t want to even put my bag down.
