Rooms are very clean and have blackout curtains, comfy beds and pillows. There are no amenities, only soap and towels so the room feels a bit basic. Customer service is lacking a bit. The front desk did not greet us and was a bit short/ rude about our questions. The breakfast table had no signs or descriptions about the allergens for the foods. When I went to ask for some the response was “fine”. Breakfast was fine, all warm foods were gluten free 👍🏼 but nothing special for the gluten free customers (pancakes, cakes etc), only a box of cookies.

One of the worst experiences. Small room, dirty towels and missing toilet articles. The breakfast was very simple. I guess they feel cool when they smoothie smoothie at the breakfast. But you can not not eat egg, ham and cheese only evert morning

Great hotel. Friendly, helpful staff - example: the gym was going to be out of action for most of our stay so they hooked us up with passes to a local Elixia gym. Breakfast was varied and had (not always) a vegan option. Oat milk always provided for the coffee (a win!). Rooms were nice and the bathrooms were a great - only downside was that I couldn’t reduce temperature past 19c. The location is within walking distance of attractions which made it a win. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is great value for money. Located only 5 minutes walk to Kamppi Mall so it’s very convenient for people who need to connect to long distance bus terminal which is located at the underground floor for Kamppi. Although it’s in the downtown, it’s very quiet at night so you can get a good sleep. The room is soundproof and the bed pillows are great. There are hair dryers, mini fridge (with mini bar), safe and kettle. Staff are nice and friendly. The reception also opens 24 hours. Hotel breakfast is also great (€19). Even if you didn’t buy breakfast, you can bring the cup from your room to grab free morning coffee as well. But there is also instant coffee, tea and kettle in the room. My only struggle was with the hotel door which is not automatic and if you have many luggage, opening it wide enough and long enough to bring all your luggage in can be a bit of a challenge. (At the time of my visit, One entrance was under renovation).

Very pleasant new hotel in an extremely handy location on Fredrikinkatu. Industrial style design and comfortable rooms. I slept like a baby. My only two gripes are that there was no free sauna for guests to use (€75/hr!) and that the scrambled eggs at breakfast were that awful, watery, mass-produced kind that really shouldn't be seen at an otherwise nice hotel like this.
