The hotel looks more like three stars than four. During my stay at the hotel, there were some positive moments but also noticeable drawbacks. The number did not match the pictures, I was given a room with two single beds on wheels that constantly separated, creating a gap between my husband and me. Despite my request for a King-size bed, it seemed to have gone unnoticed. There was no shampoo in the room, the kettle in the room didn't work, and the shower was exceptionally small. Bathroom windows were stained, and the floor felt cold. The view from the window overlooked an office building, prompting us to keep the curtains closed. The fitness center lacked water and any equipment besides cardio. Access to the sauna incurred an additional cost. The staff's English proficiency was limited; when we requested a vacuum for packing items in a vacuum storage bag, it took them a while to understand whether we wanted them to pack our belongings or if we intended to purchase a vacuum. they didn't even write down our room number. In the end, we had to do without it.

Rooms were clean, and the triple room was very spacious. Breakfast had a variety of cold, warm, and vegan options. However, the reception and staff at breakfast were not very welcoming. At the time of check-in, no information about breakfast or any other information was shared with us. We had to be quick checking in as the reception was in a hurry.

I think I’ll stop coming to this hotel. I was a frequent customer but in the recent months the experience level has degraded a lot. The lift is more often broken than functioning and no one helps you with the luggage. The front desk is being digitalized and you need to take care of checking in and out for yourself (for 200 euros per night) and the reception agents have worsened so much in education and customer caring. I’m sorry as I loved the position and the general comfort of the rooms but for the same price you can find better accommodation experience in my opinion.
