The king bed in the master bedroom was extremely hard and very difficult to get comfortable to sleep. The room was not stocked with sheets for the pull-out couch, by the time we realized it, the front desk was closed for the night. The sliding glass door had a bolt lock that was attached to a piece of metal that was not fastened to anything, so therefore it was pointless. We had to ask for a blender. We found a live cockroach in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen sink had ghost ants. The front window only had blinds, and no curtain, so sleeping in the living room on the pull-out couch was a challenge with the constant light from outside shining in. Our 2 bedroom, 3 bath accommodation had only 1 hair dryer. The towel sets in the bathrooms did not include a floor mat. The heated pool was nice; however, the hot tub was less than desirable, the jets were not strong enough to make a difference between on and off. No security to get in and out of the pool area. The gate opened from the parking lot with no lock, no code, no keycard access. Literally anyone at any time could enter the pool area. No concierge. Nothing special to make this feel like a Club Wyndham RESORT experience.

Wonderful condo! It was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed a week and used the trolley to travel on International Drive. We took Uber to Universal Studios as parking costs $30 per day there.

Staff is kind and helpful, second floor rooms are hard to climb as railings need some work. Room was old and i think missing furniture in our unit(living room), ice maker broken, stairs creek.balcony flooded. And you cannot see tv from the second bed in spare room because its bolted behind so no moving to view. Doors wouldn't lock properly. Overall its dated or i got an old room. I was facing a canal and some back alley maybe? Anyone could get on property there or into pool area and bathrooms in pool area..big No No for me! No activities here,no restaurants or shops. Be prepared to climb,climb,climb! Master bed had sone stains on sheets. But rest of apartment was clean although not all walls were fully painted . Hard pass. So sorry, The master bed was soft.
