Avoid this hotel at all costs! We booked this hotel through our timeshare because they had no availability at the resort, and it was a nightmare. We went to Ocean City for a vacation, but we ended up in this horrible place. Here are some of the problems we faced: The rooms were so tiny that we could barely move around. There was no elevator, and we had to drag our luggage up to the third floor. The AC was so loud that it kept us awake all night. The TV quality was so poor that we couldn’t watch anything. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They refused to change our room or fix the TV. There was no breakfast included, and we had to pay extra for everything. The floor was dirty and sticky, especially in the stairs and the hallway. We could hear other guests slamming their doors and talking loudly all the time. The water in the shower was either freezing or scalding. This hotel is a rip-off and a disgrace. Don’t waste your money and time here. We will never stay here again, and we advise you to do the same. There are much better options in Ocean City than this dump.

The room was decent, though it didn't have adequate towels and the TV didn't work well. They were not bad overall. Clean enough and comfortable enough. The location was excellent, as close as you can get to the beach without being right on it. Walking distance to plenty of places. The front desk staff were curt, but pleasant and helped us find a lost item. For the price it wasn't awful, though I think you could get similar or better accomodations for less if you shopped around.

Stayed here for business, and all you could ask for was given. Other than having a T.V. This wasn't the worst thing, but wish it was. The location being near the beach was fantastic. Bed was clean and showers were well stocked all apliances worked. Great place and thanks for the stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We spent $250 to stay one night and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. We will never go back to Ocean city again due to this experience. I understand that $250 is cheap for Ocean city, but that should be enough to buy you basic accommodations away from the main areas. The sink would not drain. The carpet in the hallway and stairs looks like bodies have been dragged out after a crime scene. Our room was fully lit at night from the hallway lights due to the large gap in the door. There were dirty hand prints on the headboard leftover from a previous guests "fun time". We found an extra TV remote under our bed from another room. The doors from all of the guest don't have dampeners and slam very loud in the middle of the night. We had to call security at 2 am because other guests kept slamming doors and screaming at each other. The parking lot is tiny and is a nightmare to get out of. I cannot stress enough how terrible this place is. There is nothing good about this place. Do not stay here unless you want to get scammed!!!

DO NOT BOOK. I don’t care what other reviews say. DONT DO IT. We booked a 2 night stay here and upon arrival were told the room we booked had been booked for the night of and not the nights we intended. Chris the manager SCREAMED at us- 2 chill 30 yo women- in the lobby and was unwilling to work with us in any way. He accused me of doctoring a screenshot of my confirmation receipt and did not understand how a screenshot worked. Would not stay here. 0/10. Edit: While I was invited to contact them regarding my review, I was not given any contact information. I have contacted the hotel, the hotel management company, and BBB. Unfortunately no one has seemed to be able to help me. If you do respond to this comment, please feel free to leave a phone number or email so I can contact you.
