This is the best hotel in Ocean City, Hands Down! The rooms are clean, the common areas are clean. The views are FANTASTIC and the staff is AMAZING!! I really love this place and these people!!

We hadn’t stayed at Park Place before, so we learned a few things that will make it harder to stay there again. First the positives, the staff were really nice during check in and out. The rooms were clean and had space to move around quite easily. The 2fownsides were the toilet is extremely low which made it hard for me as an amputee to use, and no safety bar. I have stayed at many other hotels where I didn’t need to get an accessibility room. Also, parking is crazy tight and only 4 handicap parking spots, that were always full. Not sure we will stay again.

Loved everything about Park Place Hotel. The location was the best part about our stay. It was a walking distance to Ripley’s believe it or not, The Mirror Maze, Jolly Roger’s amusement park, Dunkin’ Donuts, The Dough Roller, Bike rentals and much more. We got the ocean view room and that had a full view of the ocean and still felt we had privacy. The boardwalk was a few steps from the lobby and just perfect if you need to go to the room several times during the day.

We had an ocean front view on the 7th floor. It was amazing. Great location, great view, room was clean. Would definitely stay again. The front desk staff and housekeepers were SO nice. They provided clean towels every day. One of the ladies even made animals out of the towels for the kids! Housekeeping made it to our room during nap time so they did not get to clean the room daily. I bagged the trash for her and she understood that the kids were sleeping so she worked around our schedule for what we needed. Only downside which is more for people with little ones: hallway to boardwalk is narrow so single stroller only. Another vacationer there had a double and she had to go to the ground floor and walk around the building with her side by side stroller. Wish the pool was a little cleaner. It was a little murky and was unappealing to swim in but who needs the pool when the beach right there!

Couldn't be happier with our choice. First time visiting OC and did a lot of research to find the perfect place to stay, and Park Place was it. Price was in line with others, the location was amazing and the staff was super attentive. Place was VERY clean for a beach hotel, and you could see staff members running around cleaning and taking pride in their work. They did a fun day at the pool for the kids too!
