Stayed for 2 Days for a business trip. The Room was cozy and quite spacious for japanese standards and very clean . Small complimentary breakfast was also provided which was nice.Some of the front office staff can speak english which is super convenient . Very friendly staff. Highly recommend for international travelers who are looking for good cost benefit outcome.

This is one of the best budget hotel that I have stayed in Japan. The location is great, near both Nagoya station and shopping malls. The room is new and clean. staffs are very friendly and service minded. The price is really inexpensive! Recommend it!

Racist hotel . Discrimination AT PEAK. DO NOT COME!!! At the time of check in , the check in staff asked to present my residence card even though it is not required by the law. As a foreign attorney and someone who has stayed in hotels all over in Japan, this is the first time, I felt discriminated against as Japanese guests are not required to present their ID either and no one is being asked in general. I clearly explained the staff about it but she was adamant and it was 12 am and I had no option other to present my residence card and sleep. I asked her to give me her supervisor or general manager contact information but she refused and stated she do not have their contact information. I was like really? Anyway please stay away from this hotel.
