Great for family stay, my wife and I with two kids shared a three best room and it is more than adequate. The greatest aspect of this hotel are : 1) excellent location adjacent to Onsu area with loads of shops, restaurants shopping malls and City science museum all within walking distance; 2) Clean and tidy room; 3) Extremely friendly staff. The only downside is the room has no view. Overall it is great value of money.

To be honest, I'm still in the hotel RIGHT NOW!(after 2200) BECAUSE I JUST WOKE UP DUE TO A LITTLE GIRL IS RUNNING AROUND IN THEIR ROOM!!! I know it's not the hotel's fault, BUT when I called the emergency number, the hotel provided it at the front desk. The lady said she would send the message to the room? I asked if she could call the room to ask them to stop running. She said she CAN NOT, and there's a security guy in the hotel for help. This is a nightmare. It's lucky that this is our last night. The whole floor and the floor underneath can hear it.

Excellent room, very pleasant, felt new and so well equipped! We even found a room with beds for 5 people (2 adults and 3 children). Quiet yet in the center, very recommended!

Despite the compact size hotel the room within is quite spacious. No breakfast room , Honestly I never had this kinda large room(you can see in the vid)with the affordable price like this in Japan before . The hotel clerk is nice , helpful but can’t speak English.The location is good you can walk to many malls , shops and places around here. If you have a car there are also a 3 nearby parking spot (fee) for you. And for the soundproof that some may worried i think it did a pretty good job since I’m a light sleeper but can peacefully sleep here and woke up with fresh energy☺️

Had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Really appreciated the modern interior design of the rooms which were very spacious and tidy. The reception was also very kind and helpful which I am very greatful for. The location was also a huge advantage - the area of Osu was very lively with plenty of restaurants and vintage fashion stores to enjoy. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and will be sure to return if I ever visit Nagoya again.
