I stayed here when I first landed in Istanbul, Turkey. Unfortunately my first impression of this place was negative. Upon landing I received an email saying my accommodation was being cancelled and as you can imagine this caused me some stress. However, once I spoke to the staff and cleared confusion it worked out. Aside from above, I found the place reasonably priced, good location and good service with breakfast being really value for money. Based on above I gave it four stars.

This hotel really surprised us, rates very fair, rooms exactly as shown on pictures when booking is done, all new and nice. Location perfect, however note that leaving hotel for shopping means working up hill and quite a lot up hill. Many restaurants and shops around, very close to Grand Bazaar, just the choice if going for shopping in Istanbul, also close to tramway for going Taksim bus 93t together with tramway makes this an easy journey.

Lovely rooms, and staff, only thing they really need to sort out is extractor fans going all night long. Needs to be put on a timer. But they moved me into an apartment at no extra cost👍

Good location close to tram, restaurants etc... decent room size and helpful staff. Unfortunately we were given a room in the block opposite to the main hotel... does not have a lift (one of the hotel staff helped carry the luggages going up, but I was too shy to ask for help going down - (i'm sure he would have helped). However, if you have a problem with climbing up and down the stairs after walkingA a! uphill/downhill to reach the location, I suggest to ask about this from beforehand so that you are not transferred to the other block. Another small issue, unfortunately from the time we entered the hotel room there was a really bad smell in the bathroom even though it was very clean and tidy.
