On December 15 at noon during check-out, while our room was being checked, we were asked to wait briefly in the lobby. After a minute, the lady at the reception asked us for an additional 200 Qatar Riyals citing that there were excess guests. We said, "Why should we pay 200?" She claimed it was the hotel policy. When we asked for a letter or document stating such a policy, she couldn't show us anything. Suddenly, she said, "Okay, you can leave now."She is rude and unprofessional she don't know how to talk nicely for us

Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. The services never improved since years. Location is in a over populated area.

I don’t recommend this one, their employees are the worst thing I met, especially this lady at the reception, me and my friend lived there for 5 months and after 5 months they said they wanted to leave because they have clients who can pay more than us 😳 we paid 300 Q we have nowhere to go, we say we can’t leave today, maybe tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, but they drove us the worst thing we saw we were shocked . But we found a good hotel in the west bay Ezdan at this price 300 Q what doesn't happen is all for the better.
