The hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options, the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive, also the staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. they made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable, a big thanks to Ms Ria of guest service relations who assisted me throughout my stay , she was perfect, spot on & very keen to details, good job!

Absolutely stunning hotel with very nice facilities. Rooms are large and airy and so are the bathrooms. Unfortunately the extremely poor service totally ruined everything. Except for the pool side staff, the entire team including the concierge are highly inexperienced. Asked the concierge for dinner recommendations and he said " theres a very nice place I just cant remember the name right now"🤣. There were no coffee capsules in the room though there is a coffee machine. Asked 3 times but nobody showed up. Breakfast order takers are a total disaster and it takes over 20-25 minutes to get the breakfast. Every day for 3 days had the same experience. I hope the Hilton management gets their act together quick otherwise an absolutely gorgeous property will go to waste.

It's absolutely impressive... brand new, very luxurious rooms are amazing, super big, and comfortable. I value pillows and towels a lot, and the ones at this hotel were one of the best. Service is so good, extremely helpful, very friendly and they make you feel special at every moment. The orchard room where breakfast is served is stunning with high ceilings and something that reminds you to Paris... very beautiful. The rooftop pool has an amazing view of Doha's skyline. I totally recommend this hotel.

Loved the hotel and staff. Great breakfast with outstanding service. My personal highlight was the rooftop pool and the spa area. Also the reataurant at the pool was great and offered a wide range of food for good prices. The hotel is also conveniently located near the metro, which is a huge bonus. I would love to return and can only recommend this amazing property in Doha

Thank for “Caterina” and all the staff, and I will meet again in the same hotel. The hotel is beyond what you can imagine, a world of creativity and imagination. The rooms and suites are very large and luxurious, and the service is very wonderful, good reception, welcome and hospitality, The facilities are very wonderful. I spent time and did not feel the time in the hotel facilities, The food, drink and presentation are very excellent, Prices are acceptable depending on the location and attachments.
