The hotel room is large and the bathroom is quite big, but the front entrance is a bit tight, literally a curb and then the street, the bathroom has no curtains so you are sitting on the toilet looking at houses across the road. The room is a bit dated but still nice, the shower had no door or good mount so water gets all over the floor. The breakfast buffet was great and large.

The hotel was very clean upon arrival and I am a major germaphobe. I did not see the pool as we just slept here. The best part was our room and bathroom were very large. The rooms are simple with tile floors and antique furniture. We brought a white noise machine, so I didn't here any outdoor noise. The only bad part about this hotel was the mattress... it was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I woke up with a terrible backache to start my vacation. Comfort and cleanliness are key for hotels! That's why I subtracted 2 stars. Other than that, the hotel did it's job- provided us a hotel to sleep after our late flight.

My husband and I stayed here on night because our flight was the next day. The parking lot is very inconvenient since is not in the Hotel, not to mention that the person in charge is very arrogant and with very bad mood also the parking fee is not included on the Hotel rate. When we got to the room it was very hot so we turned on the AC and left to have dinner, when we came back the room was still hot and the AC was not working at all. We then decided to open the windows because it was kind of chilly outside but the noise of the cars, bikes, ambulance, every noise we would hear because our room was on the avenue side. We called front desk to ask for the AC and the reception person said they were all gone and he didn’t have anyone to go and check the AC and also since it was the first week of November they turn off the ac and just use the fan. Definitely I do not recommend this Hotel at all.

We booked this hotel for us and our guests for our wedding two weeks ago. We booked 15 rooms in total. Booking and paying seemed always to be very difficult at the reception. Many rooms of our guest were not in good shape and lacking maintenance( for example a/c that was not working well. Or curtains were missing or torn) Simple requests to make up the room or put a small present in the rooms of our guests were to difficult to accomplish. We found the employees friendly, they told us to take care of our requests, but after didn’t deliver. Not reliable at all. Breakfast service is simple but ok. Parking not so convenient since it’s not directly at the hotel. Overall I would say that this hotel is not worth its 4 stars, it’s more 2 maybe on the low side of 3 stars.

We stayed one night here because of the wedding of our friend. This hotel has 4 stars but in my opinion not far than 3 stars. It was leaking when we took a shower. The furniture is old and unfortunately they are not in the good condition. The maintance of the hotel is really poor. Further the service is also not best. We asked for early check-in in advance and it was not possible. Our Italian friend called them and they confirmed it was possible. When we did check in, it was again not possible. We will never go back here if we are in Naples.
