Title: Disappointing Experience at a Supposed 4+ Star Hotel I am sharing my initial impressions of this hotel, considering its purported 4+ star rating. 1. **Lack of Amenities:** Surprisingly, the hotel doesn't provide slippers, a basic amenity expected in higher-rated establishments. 2. **Outdated Infrastructure:** The building's outdated structure is evident, accompanied by an unpleasant odor, detracting from the overall experience. 3. **Insufficient Towels:** Despite booking a room for two, we found a shortage of towels – only one hand towel and two bath towels, reminiscent of a hostel rather than a luxury hotel. 4. **Aging Bathroom Facilities:** The bathroom exhibits signs of wear and tear, including rough towels that lack the expected softness. 5. **Absurd Shower Cap Policy:** The requirement to pay for a shower cap to access the jacuzzi, where your head remains uncovered, seems illogical and adds an unwelcome extra cost. 6. **Dissatisfactory Jacuzzi:** The jacuzzi, touted as a feature, disappoints with its small, outdated, and essentially unusable condition. 7. Not a clean room: under the beds or anywhere that is not visible is dirty, my phone dropped under the bed accidentally and when I tried to pick it up it was disgusting, in addition of being old it is dirty there was booger on the roof, and dirt marks on the sheets, I have added photos from those as well as under the bed Additionally, the overall atmosphere gives the impression that the owner has neglected the property, allowing it to deteriorate without making any efforts for improvement. It appears as though the establishment has been left to decline, lacking the attention and investment needed to meet the standards one would expect from a 4+ star hotel. The only reason I made it two star and not one star is because of the staff they were friendly, the cleaning lady and front desk. In summary, my first three hours at this hotel have been less than impressive. I will provide updates if my experience improves.

Don’t deserve one star. Please see the pictures and take your own advice. Mattress protector with blood. Also Juan Andres, Rosita from the restaurant team awesome, Ricardo from the counter very polite and Johanna Cortes too. Needs more management.

Cosmos hotel was a good deal for the price. The room I stayed in felt quite old and lacking modern amenities. The location is quite far from the most touristic areas of Bogotá, but it's quite close to an area full of bars and discotecs. So if you like the night life, this a great place for you to stay. Their breakfast, included, was some of the best continental breakfast I've had.

Appearance: The hotel's design stopped in 1990. They need to renew their image in 2023. Bedrooms: Generally good. Although they were not chosen when the reservation was made. Hotel restaurants: springs Pay attention to food duplication on your bill. It happened all the time. The orders arrived incomplete. Delays greater than 20 minutes. Heikei: Good. General comments: Upon my arrival the hotel did not have rooms available. Then they gave me one of the rooms without air conditioning. Without notifying the guest's preference. When I requested to change it I had to wait an additional hour.
