We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff is so friendly and responded to all of our requests. There’s no AC but they brought us a fan. They had an umbrella at the front for us to use. The breakfast every morning is delicious. Definitely would recommend this place! Being an eye mask though because the curtains are not black out.

The hotel itself is great! Beware of their management, though. I paid twice my booking online (using a link they provided) which didn't seem to work. I also paid my booking once I got there since no mention of existing payments was provided. Oh surprise! When I got home and I receive my credit card statement and I paid my booking thrice! I reached out to the hotel and at first they were very attentive about it until they completely stopped answering my emails. A total and complete SCAM!

The hotel would have gotten a good review from me if reception didn’t try to overcharge me and then said it was normal practice! After charging the credit card, the reception staff automatically chose “dynamic currency conversion” for me and told me that it is the correct option. We tried to tell her that it was wrong but she insisted it was right and charged the payment. When we looked at the receipt, we saw that the dynamic currency conversion was selected and added US$5 to the charges (we are only staying one night, but if you’re staying for longer, it’s 10% surcharge, which could easily be US$50 or US$100 instead!!). We tried to dispute the charge and she refused to acknowledge her mistake. Until we got angry and demanded to see her manager, then grudgingly she said she would refund the charge and make a new charge in Colombian pesos instead. Until this incident, we stayed at the hotel previously and it was fine. Room was clean and breakfast was amazing. We were pleased with the hotel. But the reception staff’s attitude and forcing us to accept extra charges ruined the entire experience. Beware of Dynamic Currency Conversion when paying with credit card. This hotel seem to want to screw you with it!

This is my 2nd time staying here the location is amazing. Staff here is very kind and always willing to help you. Love the water pressure in the shower. This time I booked thru AIRBND a small room.and was perfect for my needs.😍 I asked for an electric tea pot (I love tea)and they gave me right away.🙏🏽 The guy at the breakfast and Jorge who help me with my luggage are amazing. Gracias !!! “Just can’t understand the ☕️ ..not good.haha
