Although I have had a short stay this time, it has been a very pleasant one. There was a warm welcome from the friendly check-in employee and a literally warm welcome when I entered my room. Outside it was cold and windy, but my room was cosy and warm. Very, very nice. I had a great, clean room with a nice view and one of the best beds ever. The hotel is situated in a modern and quiet area, just two minutes walk from a tram stop. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices and also here, very friendly employees. No better way for a good start of the day. There are only a few hotels where I have felt so welcome as in this hotel; a 10 out of 10! Thank you. I will be back and I surely would recommend this hotel.

I’d like to give this location five starts because the service is wonderful, but the rooms don’t have clocks or usb ports. Which is the first courtyard I’ve been to that hadn’t. It’s a typical European standard room. Bed is comfortable. There was no water in the room even though the lady said there would be. Breakfast is served and parking garage is available for guests. Nice view from the water side.

the room is dated. no charging of your e-car in the tiny parking garage. strong wifi. the dinner at Julian’s [their restaurant] was great. breakfast selection is ok. nothing too fancy. they gave me a room on 4th floor facing the inside courtyard. definitely not to recommend if you wanna look at something from your room. bathroom is out of an asylum: shower in bathtub. not plug for the drain. cracks and stains. no joy whatsoever

One of the famous hotels with very bad staffs. Bastian from this hotel groups is a shame and disgrace to this hotel. He is lazy, rude and decides his own rules. We paid 25 euros for full day parking. When we entered the hotel at 22:00 he mentioned that the parking is full even though we have already paid for a full day. But he lied to us even though there were enough parking alotted spots free. We have photo and video evidence. He was just lazy and he makes his own rules as if he owns the place.
