Great location, just go downstairs and we have access to the MRT, Train station and High speed rail station. Bus and taxi stop just right here too. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. Good hotel service. We checked into this hotel 4 times for a total of 20 days during our trip in Taiwan. The only complaint is 3 of our 4 rooms have low water pressure which makes the shower hot and cold water difficult to adjust. We will be coming back our next time in Taiwan. Recommended.

The rooms are very nice. Complete and top notch amenities. Two large beds. 4 can actually stay there. Breakfast buffet offering is rather monotonous. Same spread everyday. They could change some policies. You can only spend an hour for breakfast. Maybe because there are abusive guests. But for us who want a leisure meal with family, best not to give a time limit. Another issue is check in and check out times. We got checked in at 4 pm. And they refused to allow check out after 11 am. Is that fair?

All services you need, with comfort. Smooth check-in and upgrade as Platinum member. Even got assistance with finding hospital as one of our team member caught flu at landing. Around the place there is few but enough shops: Donki, fast food, etc. It is directly connected with Nangang station so travel is more than convenient.

Great location, spacious rooms, amazing service. Can't say much about the people in suits given the lack of interactions, but Eric (Bellhop) went above and beyond his scope. He provided us with a truly amazing guest service, which would make Marriot's chain of hotels proud. He encompasses the spirit of what every hotel guest service should strive for. Thank you once again Eric!

I truly appreciate the hotel's prime location, seamlessly connected to both the MRT and high-speed rail networks, allowing for convenient access to numerous destinations while staying sheltered from the rain. The room itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. The daily cleaning service ensured the pristine condition of both the bathroom and bed, and the view from the room was nothing short of breathtaking. Furthermore, the breakfast options offered a wide variety, and the executive lounge provided a delightful happy hour experience for members with drinks and simple yet satisfying food offerings. It's undeniably a fantastic place to stay!
