We liked: the buffet breakfast, very clean, exceptionally comfortable bedsheets, availability of tea/coffee/fruits/biscuits all day. We liked the breakfast seating arrangement of a long table with chairs on each side. Staff were very friendly.

Great place to stay, with affordable price. The location is right at the outskirt of the Chiang Mai old city. Very accessible to the city centre by walking, the night bazaar is also walking distance away. There is also a Saturday night market at walking distance. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were a lot of amenities provided. At the lounge, there were complimentary tropical fruits and drinks. The swimming pool is indoors, and just a small strip. The breakfast was really good, having a good mixture of local food and continental breakfast. Even though the space was small and the spread seems small, it was sufficient and varied.

Great value for money with this hotel. Rooms are very large and well equipped. Staff is super friendly. Location is also very convenient to walk into the city centre. Unfortunately only 3 parking spots available which can be a problem if you are arriving late in the evening. Rooms are very quiet and breakfast is also very good.

My husband & I recently stayed at The Crew Hotel in Chaing Mai. We did A LOT of research before selecting the Crew and we loved this hotel!! Very affordable, best bang for your buck! The location was fantastic, just outside the Old Town square, we could still be picked up by local tour companies for daily activities, at no extra cost, or we could walk for about 2 minutes and get a tuk tuk or taxi. There are delicious restaurants nearby (try Arroy Dee) and the BEST, cleanest laundromat within walking distance. The staff was always available and willing to help guests. They were amazing! They even held our bags after checkout so we could go enjoy one last activity before going to the airport. They helped us get a taxi one day too. They are very professional and friendly. The rooms are air conditioned, very clean and smell nice. There is always cold bottled water available to hotel guests at no extra cost in the lobby. They have seasonal fruits out in the lobby for guests to enjoy as well. The breakfast was phenomenal!! They have traditional Thai breakfast which helped me feel immersed in the culture, and they have some American breakfast offerings too. We didn't have time to try the swimming pool out, but it looked awesome. Overall, we LOVED this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
