We only stayed the night but definitely enjoyed it. Typical hotel with hotel amenities and nice staff! The grounds were clean and very safe! They have an excursion desk to schedule outings but they weren’t there when I came in but I’m pretty sure they have amazing tour packages. Rooms were nice size! Great views of the mountains in the distance. Nice pool. Plenty of food options on the premises, but expensive. Eat at the local restaurants nearby. Didn't go to the casino but it looked like fun.

If you are on tour - expect to get the bottom floor tier rooms with tiny windows and no natural light. In addition there is no light in the ceiling of the room so you better wait until the morning to organize your luggage. Upside, the rooms are quiet and have a safe. Rooms have no water provided nor fridges. Soap dispensers have a stopper on them to prevent you from using much product. Breakfast was good overall but the plates and omelet centre are squished into a corner - very congested. Suggestion: instead of paying $16 Canadian for a glass of wine in the bar, go to the casino bar and pay $4. Ridiculous. I hate being ripped off and hate being provided sub/standard rooms. As a member, it is Not the IHG experience that I expect.

Wow! What a nice hotel, great location. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious to boot. Room prices are not too bad for what you get. We had lunch dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was the best with lots of options.

A very nice and well equipped hotel and conference Centre. The restaurants are very nice as well. Breakfast was great and the staff are excellent. The rooms are immaculately clean and spacious with great views of the surroundings and the mountain range. Bottled water was available at the reception on asking, but I believe bottled water should be made available in the room.

We really are enjoying our stay so I decided I would write a review now. The hotel is super comfortable with great beds and excellent shower. The buffet breakfast is really wonderful with so many selections. The thing that makes this hotel so special is that they have wonderfully warm and attentive employees. Alejandro at the Nattivo Restaurant deserves a special shout out! He is incredibly warm, helpful and makes everyone feel so special. Bravo Allejandro!!!
