Very clean rooms, the windows were marvellous at keeping the outside noice out. The suites lie next to a busy street so it’s a very welcome treat. There is only a small lobby and just the rooms, no dining area or place to sit outside your room, but nothing that you don’t miss. The appartment itself is quite noisy, the doors are cardboard and you hear everything what’s happening in the hall. So don’t get your hopes up of sleeping in. The breakfast was mediocre to bad. You are in the capital of food and they give you a basic oven croissant? Plastic cheese between the ham&cheese sandwich. Not even some fresh fruit. My tip would be to not change towels every day and put in more effort in the breakfast. At this price range you expect a better price/quality for the food. Staff was friendly though!

The location is great and the rooms spacious and newly renovated. Not a Hotel as such...no lobby, spa, restaurants, etc. but a large quiet suite a short walk from the Spanish Steps, metro, and much more. If you can't find a restaurant or spa in Rome, well you're not trying very hard!

WOW. Location, modern, spacious, clean, tech-savvy, friendly, helpful staff, room service breakfast... If you can live without 24 hour reception and can use a key to let yourself in and out, this place is for you. It's hotel quality minus the price. The building is old world charm. Note: there is a manual elevator for those who have issues with stairs.

Would highly recommend this place when staying in Rome. The location is great and only a short walk to the metro line. It is only about a 40-minute walk to the Coliseum. Staff were very helpful and friendly when checking in. Also the cleaning staff. Breakfast selection is good, and the taste is great. The croissants were better than what we had in Paris. Rooms and bathroom are excellent. Mattress is very comfy. Will stop here again when we visit Rome again.
