Twin rooms r spacious. Bathroom is modern with a big bath tub, n new shower fittings. Beds r comfortable. The hotel carpark is at adjacent Times multi storey car park. U get a ticket to enter, then ask Front Desk go validate when u exit. Pay for the parking fee at Front Desk on check out. There is grace period but not sure how long. Small inconvenience is there is no proper drop off point for the hotel. Had to stop at small road behind hotel to offload luggages. Breakfast at attached restaurant offer good spread but items r mostly the same every day. Will definitely stay here again.

The check in process here is beyond bad. They refused to check in anyone before 2pm, even if the room was available. So at 2pm, there were 50 people trying to check in. We waited in line for over 45 minutes. Even once we finally checked in, we were told no information. We were not even told what room number or floor we were staying on. I’m not looking forward to the check-out.
