We stayed in November (off season). It was great value for money. Very industrial modern rooms. Super comfortable beds and linen. Not much space in the room itself so wouldn’t plan to chill in the rooms much. But there is great common area where you can chill and work. Very nice rooftop, enjoyed that one a lot. Wasn’t sure if this hotel wasn’t too “bro and hipster” for us but it was great. Cosmetics included are good quality. Breakfast decent but simple (no hot food). There is only one small lift and the common area is not so big so I can imagine it gets too crowded in high season. Very good location, convenient. Gym well equipped (including free weights and kettles), can fit 4-5 people at most. We had a small issue (we found a single bed bug which unfortunately happens in all sorts of hotels these days). We were very quickly given new room, they washed all our clothes at the laundry and washed our suitcases (all was done in one day) and were gifted complimentary dinner in their hotel next door (which seems to be great too). So very fast, helpful and good reaction.

Excellent, top top quality hotel. We had 2 separate 3 to 4 day stay. Reception staff always friendly and very helpful. Breakfast staff again very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff kept public areas and rooms exceptionally clean. Breakfast was amazing, continental selection, Greek selection and pastries, cereals and coffee. There is chilled water coolers accessible. The rooms are so quirky just perfect for what we needed. The rooftop area is such a bonus to relax and have a jacuzzi, we used this facility every day and it was available most occasions we went up there. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Touched down Athens airport, no rep to meet us. Didn't know what bus or train to catch, got a Uber driver quote "You know this place" "This is the first time were visiting Athens" "Omonia is very... Bad, dangerous for tourists" "Why, pick pockets, drugs and eh how you say ermmm stealing, robbery" " The hotel is in very bad area" Ok, thank you I will be on my guard. Touched down at the hotel and the first thing we see was an addict fighting with a police man, yah...the police in Athens don't stand for that...he got manhandled into the station which is directly opposite the hotel. The reception, 24hr security... That bad an area, the lift says 4 people... yeh, no! You step into it and the thing bounces. The reception looks like something from the 80s...it's was a culture shock that we had been advised by our tour operator "it's a nice area" yah...no! Check the photos. The gym, oh the gym... New home gym equipment, but the gym was a 12ft x 12ft room...yah...NO! Breakfast: out of politeness I will say. Google maps McDonald's The room, it was red and black, to move around was a sideways walk. The shower, the flooring was waterproof but if your not paying attention one wrong foot and you will slip, take this advise from someone who can only shower (reconstructed knee, osteoarthritis in knees an ankles) it's not a case if someone slips it's when. They had a manifesto on one of the floors indicating they're pride concerning communism... Personally, I'm a Christian, I don't go ramming that down people's throats especially when I have payed for a room. The area Destitute, the area looks poor, homeless on the streets (due to Google policies,I cannot explain how bad it was) If you want to go to Athens... Go to the coast and have an excursion there. I'm ex military, close protection trained,my level of awareness was that high over the 4 days we were there when we came home it was only then could I wind down.....I did with a two day migraine because of the heightened necessity of awareness. My wife said it best "if you're not paying attention, you are 30 seconds away from the movie TAKEN". This review is not based on any bias, it was fact, not hear say but "first hand experience"

Quirky rooms which could do with a bit more storage space but manageable for a few nights away. Good quality soaps , towelsxand robes in the room, bathroom was a tight squeeze at times when 2 getting ready but again manageable. Complimentary beer and popcorn on arrival, coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was OK. Location was good for metro, although the area looks a bit run down and there were a few homeless people about we never felt unsafe. Several good quality cafes and bars nearby. If I was to go back to Athens I would definitely stay here again, great value for money.

We booked this holiday through Jet2 and it was quite a good deal. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the roof has a nice view. Breakfast was included and was a self-serve continental buffet, it was tasty and lasted from 7:30-11:30. Unfortunately there were a few issues when we stayed here which let the hotel down. The hot tub was not in working condition for the duration of our stay which was really disappointing. In the room there is a light above the bed which has a plastic cover which broke and fell onto us twice. We raised this issue and staff were good about it offering us complimentary drinks and to change rooms. We didn’t feel that moving rooms was necessary as we just kept the light cover off. Near the end of our trip a cleaner left a note that they had broken a glass bottle in our room, this was still not that big an issue as accidents happen but it had not been cleaned up properly and resulted in a small shard of glass in my foot. The next day we came back to the room and my boyfriends expensive glasses were bent out of shape like they had been stepped on we reported this to the reception and we were offered a late check-out and a free transfer to the airport. We understand that accidents happen but this was twice that our property was damaged and this left him unable to see and having to pay for another pair of glasses upon our return and cancel a driving lesson due to not being able to see which is not ideal. Overall, the property was good during our stay and was an easy walk to popular areas but it’s really unfortunate that our belongings were not taken care of so if you do stay here don’t leave anything valuable out in your room as it may be damaged and you will not be properly compensated.
