Parking fee was $12/day. Loose wall sockets in the bathroom which is a safety hazard. No mini fridge. Breakfast not as advertised. Staff very uncaring, but for only two nice ones. Queen beds were NOT queen, but standard size and HARD! Even my hubby couldn't get comfortable! Great location and view. Reasonable price.....that's probably the only few reasons I would stay there again. Totally tired today from the lack of sleep, because .... Unfortunately we landed next to a family with a little girl and the double doors between us. She was jumping on the bed, banging the walls, yelling and more until almost 11:30 pm that night. We tried to unwind at about 10 pm but it's hard to do with all that racket. At about 11:05 pm I gave up and starting banging on the walls and talking loudly (so they could hear us the way we could hear them) to get them to stop. Called front desk and the response was wildly INAPPROPRIATE as she asked me, "How long have you guys been here?" I explained that we had been in our room for over 1 hour and that we couldn't sleep for all this noise. Only THEN did she offer to move us. I'm so tired today .. after all that, I couldn't get to sleep until well after midnight. When I mentioned it this morning as we checked out, I was told it happens a lot!!!! Wow! Mind blown! Finally woke up to be excited about the great breakfast advertised! Nope. Big disappointment as it was not as advertised. It was simply toast, cold cereal, juices, fruit and a few other things. As stated, the location is amazing. That's the best reason to stay here.

We stayed there only couple of nights. Upgraded to heart tub room which was awesome 🤩. The hotel looks a bit dated- the decor looks like from 80s but in a good way (please don’t change that!). Rooms are very clean and spacious. Loved the extra towels available in our room. Tea and coffee facilities are on the ground floor and available 24hours. Breakfast could be improved ( very limited options). Receptionists were lovely. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you!

We started with a one night stay with 2 double beds and ended up staying 3 nights ending in a king room with a jacuzzi. Each room we stayed in was so clean! The entire hotel was SO CLEAN! No odd smells at all! I was amazed. The staff was great! So friendly. We got stuck there because of the snow squall and they allowed us to check in super early, granted it was their off season but it was still very generous of them! Parking lot is small but they do have an overflow lot. Swimming Pool and hot tub area was very clean as well however hot tub was waaayyyyyy toooo hot! Continental breakfast was included and was nice. They had bagels, bread, banana and poppyseed breads, donuts and little dessert cups, cereals, fruit, yogurt and juice. Would have liked a different variety each day but I have no complaints. Coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate are available all day as well. I loved this hotel! Only complaint is I wish they had a refrigerator in the room. Everything else was fantastic!

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the price was certainly reasonable, there were a few aspects that left a lot to be desired. Firstly, upon arriving at the reception, I couldn't help but notice the lack of friendliness from the staff. The receptionists seemed disinterested, with one in particular (lady with long fake eyelashes and short hair)engrossed in something on her desk for a good 10 minutes without acknowledging the queue of people waiting to check in. A simple smile or a brief acknowledgment would have made a significant difference. Moving on to the room, I encountered a plumbing issue in the bathroom. The pipe under the sink was leaking, and to my dismay, I noticed the beginning of mold on the floor. I promptly reported the issue, and credit where it's due, the maintenance guy arrived promptly. However, it was disheartening to learn that the hotel, in general, seemed to be in dire need of renovations. A loose pipe in the bathroom might be a quick fix, but the overall condition of the hotel raises concerns. Another disappointment was the absence of a mini-fridge in the room. In this day and age, it's become somewhat of an expectation, especially for travelers who might want to store snacks or beverages. To make matters worse, the ice machines were only available on the main floor, which inconvenienced guests on higher floors. In conclusion, while the price of the hotel is a definite pro, the unfriendly reception, maintenance issues, and lack of basic amenities like a mini-fridge make it difficult to wholeheartedly recommend. With some much-needed renovations and a focus on guest services, this hotel has the potential to significantly improve its overall appeal.

Everything about Days Inn was great from start to finish! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful - special shout out to the lady who checked us in with the purple hair because she went above and beyond with her letting us know about local events in the area! We rented the heart hot tub room and it was lovely and so fun! Walking distance to everything on Clifton Hill and the falls! Highly recommend coming during the festival of lights.
