I had an awesome experience at this property! I was a single female traveling alone cross-country in my 20-year-old truck full of camping equipment, a bicycle and personal items. I booked my room online using my phone about an hour's drive out. Upon my arrival. It was cold and rainy and getting dark fast but I was determined to see the falls. I needed to unload my truck first. The lady at the front desk and in the bar were absolute angels to this weary traveler. It was Becky at the front desk/reception and Janice in the bar. They helped me unload my truck, seriously. AND then they took all my things up to my room for me. They really went above and beyond when it came to customer service for me. They were sweet, kind and fun to talk to. One of the perks that came with my room was a flight of beer. I don't drink beer. They were kind enough to let me substitute hard cider instead. They were just wonderful ladies. And Janice, the one in the bar, was nice company while I enjoyed my beverage and food which was very good. The room was very nice and clean and a very good size. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this property. It's in a great location with easy access to the falls and to the bridge for the Canadian side. I was only here for one night and it was raining and cold so I didn't feel like walking around. But there were lots of nearby attractions and restaurants within walking distance. It would be a lovely walk to the falls on a nice day from here. It was also very affordable. But that may be because it was low season being Monday of Thanksgiving week 2023. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Ladies! You definitely made my stay most pleasantly memorable.

We visited the area for a one-day spur of the moment “stop” on our road trip. Had our two year old in tow. This hotel was very nice, very clean, and also very affordable. It was a pleasant surprise. We preferred this hotel over the previous one we stayed with in a different state. The place is kid-friendly other than not having a bath tub. However, there are tons of tv channels that kids love and snacks available to buy in the lobby. Staff was unavailable for check-out but was otherwise extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel smells so good. I would recommend!

The entrance to the hotel is located separately from the parking area. Upon parking, you will need to obtain a ticket and have it validated by the front desk. The hotel staff were amiable and provided helpful recommendations on local activities and dining options. Breakfast is offered as a grab-and-go option. During my stay, the hotel restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel is located about a 25-minute walk from the border. The rooms are comfortable. However, the pillows are very soft, so you may need to use multiple pillows for adequate head elevation. The shower is enjoyable and provides hot water. Please note that the TV guide does not match the actual channels. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel.
