Yes AC is noisy even at lowest speed. Ceiling fan is welcomed but only single speed that's too strong. Dine in food is decent. Maybe I was comparing too much to my Bangkok 5-star hotel from last week.

I recently stayed at De Chai The Deco and had a mixed experience. First and foremost, the staff, particularly Khun Man and Khun Natty at the front desk, were commendably nice and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered a clean environment. Additionally, the hotel's location is quite favorable. However, there are several areas of improvement. The breakfast choices were disappointingly limited, with food running out as early as 9:30 AM on some days and not replenished unless prompted. The breakfast area felt cramped and inadequately sized to accommodate guests comfortably. Moreover, the pool and the pool area was not well-maintained; it appeared dirty and had evident pigeon droppings. The water was muggy and didn’t look clean with a fat layer on top. Given these downsides, I find it challenging to wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. While there are certainly positive aspects, the shortcomings in essential amenities like breakfast and pool maintenance detract from the overall experience. I would rate it closer to three stars than four, and I believe there are better accommodation options available in the vicinity. In the funny side: every item in the room is listed on a “fine list” - the tv is 22,000 THB if anyone is interesred :)

Definitely a good hotel to go to. The rooms are cozy and clean, the hotel pictures are representative of the place. The staff provides a professional service and are friendly. The restaurant is underrated, nobody seems to go there to dine or lunch but the Thai food is very good.

We had the room with two bedrooms. This room is terrible. It’s like a maze of rooms. Narrow corridor between the rooms and one bath and toilet at the same room. There is no place to hang the towels There is no curtain on the windows. Anybody at the pool can see inside of the room. The sofa is located 40cm from a wall, and we can’t use it and sit in front of a wall… I don’t recommend it at all.
