A good place to spend the night, a few meters from the Tiburtina station (Metro and Bus). They always answered kindly and did what they said. I recommend it.

Worst place, I couldn't get into italy and I told the hotel that even so they charged me the full amount, I was willing to pay half because both would be injured, the place had no empathy I had thought that when I returned to italy I would come back, but after this situation i will never pass by this place

Pros: Close to a bus station. The building has a lift. Cons: Loud street noise, late check-in fee, and unprofessional, uninformative and inhospitable host. The host was not communicative after we have given him a feedback after we had a problem in the building. Instead, he just try to insist that the problem was entirely because of us, even though the issue had caused partly due to his bad communication.

Very nice quiet comfortable double rooms with TV, Friendly Staff, very clean, great self service snacks, drinks, coffee and cappuccinos available all day, secure building with security cameras, great location, train station and bus station right across the street, working air condition in each room, very nice on suite bathroom with shower, working kitchen. Also excellent free WiFi! Competitive Pricing!

Thank you for the pleasant stay. The reception was possible a little earlier without any problems after prior arrangement, the nice gentleman explained everything to us, explained where we were and how best to get around (metro 2 minutes). There is also a list of recommended eating options. The rooms are simple but fairly priced for Rome, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, it was cleaned daily! Our only criticism is the breakfast (included) which is the best way to diabetes. There are only sweet pastries, jam, yoghurt (fruit flavor and, to be fair, natural), rusks and juices. The coffee machine is good. Something savory might be good here, but it's a matter of opinion. To be fair, the sweet breakfast is standard in many B&Bs. We unreservedly recommend the Bed&Breakfast as an inexpensive overnight stay in Rome.
