The flat is very spacious, well equipped, very clean and luminous. The location is perfect as it is close to all the key areas of the city, yet it is in a very calm and nice street. It is just next to a park with many attractions. The hosts are adorable, welcoming, friendly and helpful - they even offered me a cake as they saw it was my birthday! The price/quality ratio is unbeatable.

We have traveled a lot, but rarely have we received a better welcome than our stay at Deka Evleri. When we arrived, our host, the young Cagri, was waiting for us on the street and had reserved a free parking space for our car. On the second day of our arrival, my wife had a birthday. Cagri, had noticed this and when we came back from a walk in the evening, a wonderful surprise was waiting for us in the fridge - a delicious chocolate cake... Once again: thank you Cagri. The apartment itself was exactly as in the photos and more importantly very clean and cool because of the air conditioners it is equipped with. A particularly important advantage for us was the washing machine. The apartment is very centrally located and convenient for a big city like Izmir.

This listing is a great place to stay at Izmir ! The apartment room we stayed at was very clean and comfortable when we arrived. Soap and shower gel was included in the bathrooms and other things as well. I would especially like to thank Cagri and his Mam for providing us with whatever we needed, and for being kind and hospitable throughout our visit. We also really appreciate the housecleaning services provided. Overall, this apartment was a great place to stay in Izmir , and I would definitely recommend it for big or small families. Not to forget the favour of keeping one of my bag with them until we come back from trabzon. Again thank you Cagri and your Mam for everything so much ❤️

We stayed for three nights and we loved it! Nice appartment (exactly like in the pics), very clean and very well located, not far from the train station that connects with the airport, from the seaside, turistic attractions...So easy to have a Turkish breakfast in a traditional bakery just below the house. The guy who greeted us on arrival (Demet I think is his name) was so welcoming and told us where we could find places to eat. Made our lifes easier;) we also met his mum and other people working with them and they were so kind and always with a smile;) Very easy communication all the time. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot, we enjoyed our stay in Izmir.
