The service at this hotel is next level. Absolutely fantastic in every possible way. Kudos to all the staff. The hotel itself is nice, but the rooms are getting a little dated in my opinion. The building they have to work with is terrible and old which I'm guessing ties their hands a little. The location is fine, but parking isn't the greatest. If you want to park underground, they charge for it.

Why 4 stars if everything else I rated as a 5? Well, simple. The three sections they asked to rate are all 5. The rooms were well appointed, clean and spacious. I really enjoyed the energy efficient bathroom lighting and fan. And the dim lights were easy on the eyes. Customer service from the front desk staff was outstanding. As a letter of fact, every person that I interacted with was very helpful and polite. The location was convenient, many stores and amenities were near by. Where did it lose a star? Well, in my opinion it was the lack of breakfast. Many hotels in this price range offer a hot breakfast. This is always welcomed and convenient, and yeah, you could pay for breakfast at the hotel. But nothing beats a free included breakfast.

Great location, great amenities, you should try the pool and the jacuzzi. The bed is super comfy and the service and food of Cordo Restaurant was very good. Special thanks to Thelma who welcomed me and my wife at the front desk, she have us great restaurant recommendations, she went the extra mile and pampered us making us feel like home. We only stayed for one night but the kind of treatment Thelma gave us, changed the whole experience and exceeded our expectations and for that we’d wanted to stay for longer.

I have no idea why anyone would stay anywhere else other than this Hotel?? We had a hockey tournament in Kamloops and set our team up here at the Delta by Marriott. We were set up quickly and easily. We were given a great rate for the prestige of the hotel. Our team was made to feel welcome and as if we were at home 100% of the time. All the staff were super friendly, gracious and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel for all your visits to the Kamloops area.

Had a great experience here. I was traveling for work and without me asking, the front desk staff gave me a free upgrade to a suite, which was spacious and lovely. The restaurant was great and the rooftop pool was gorgeous and felt like a little oasis. Each of the front desk people I interacted with were so friendly and great - thanks Loki, Thelma, and Harsh for being so welcoming and helpful!
