Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff went above and beyond with their service… special shout out to Sandy and Lucas. Excellent location… enjoyed visiting the breweries which were very close by. Ate dinner at the Noble Pig… highly recommended. We stayed in a Family Room and it was so spacious. Thanks for making our stay in Kamloops amazing. Stayed 1 night prior to going to Sun Peaks.

Went to a friend's kids birthday party, the kids had fun but wasn't impressed with staff. They wouldn't assist the children when the games weren't working, unless a parent acknowledged that they were ignoring the children, and when they did finally Apologize for the behavior, they did so with lies. For example by saying they had been too busy to help the children who asked for help, but were not doing anything when adults would address it and had the "time" all of a sudden. Won't be booking here for my children's events. 😕

If you stay here you are supporting slave labour and it’s a “If it looks clean or untouched , you don’t clean or replace it” type hotel… Staff ( many who are new comers and have language barriers) don’t take breaks at all and they are constantly told to hurry up or that they’re behind when cleaning or being nagged on by supervisors or owner herself. Owner is very arrogant to all workers and treats them all as if they’re disposable. In my experience, I’ve have not seen or heard one staff stop to take a break in 8+hours, burnt out staff, high turn over rate. Corners cut when cleaning, overwhelming workload , stains on the walls, plugged tubs, bugs found on and under the mattresses. Sadly, the owner claims to be a community nurse so you would think there would be compassion toward her hard working staff and a whole lot mindfulness on infection control and proper cleaning /up keeping of the rooms between guests but, it all seems to be about the $$ and zero morals or care.
