Stayed one night over the Thanksgiving weekend. Had a great experience and would recommend and stay in the future. The rooms and bathrooms are updated, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the waterfront. Great location. The building isn't new and gorgeous, but excellent service, friendly staff, great rooms, incredibly comfortable bed. We had breakfast in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful menu and excellent food. It was great staying at a hotel which was so thoughtfully appointed, not the case with so many hotels which try to be cool at the cost of comfort and function. We didn't travel with our dog this trip but appreciate their pet policy and pet fees which are reasonable compared to other hotels.

Had an unbelievably amazing experience here for our wedding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For starters, this is the best hotel in Kingston by far. The view of the water is breathtaking, rooms are super clean/updated, restaurant is amazing and staff are fabulous. My husband and I, and 12 other family members stayed here as well and we all had a blast. The hotel manager Margarita was a sweetheart to deal with and was so helpful and accommodating. She brought us up wine & food to celebrate our wedding. Have nothing but amazing things to say and we will definitely be back! Thank you to the Delta Hotel for making our wedding day so special ✨

We wanted to treat ourselves for our anniversary and paid a lot for a mediocre experience. Even though we booked through the hotel directly, plenty of time in advance, and didn't use a booking site, it seemed like they gave us the worst room they had. Lowest floor, near the elevators, so-so view. The room itself was nothing special, I've stayed in far better for much less money. I guess we were paying for location? It was pretty central. But you'd honestly be better staying in a budget hotel and spending the money you save on a nice night out.

The hotel is a bit unusual in its parking lot forward design, it's hard to even understand the building. Even the elevators seem like an afterthought, like the developers had something else on their mind. That said, it's very nice. The renovations are great, no complaints about the room except the bed orientation.The staff were all super nice, the restaurant was surprisingly good, and everywhere we went there were very nice harbour views. They even have copies of the bible/book of Mormon for an aspiring James Cameron looking for ideas.
