Great team, couldn't do enough for my wife and I. My wife had a medical procedure at Kingston General Hospital, which is walkable in spring/summer/fall. She was nervous about the procedure and everyone at the front desk were so kind and caring. We are both gluten free. Breakfast had choices for us. Coffee and tea are available (no cost) throughout the day. Housekeeping team were great, our room spotless. Love the convenience of a kitchenette with full fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and electric stovetop. We have stayed at this hotel before, with my wife not a confident swimmer. She loves the pool, it is 4-5ft. deep. Weight room and whirlpool is great too. Underground and above ground parking. The hotel is in the downtown core, with excellent restaurants, walking paths and a great view of the waterfront. Great for a staycation or longer term stay. Hospitals are in close proximity. We can't wait to go back!!!! Barry Graham

I stayed for two nights. There was a blood stain on the bedding. They also charged me for two days parking, although I said I didn't have a vehicle and didn't need parking when I checked in. Thank god I checked my receipt and caught it. They were quick to change my bedding and refund me for the parking, but I don't think I will stay there again. The room generally wasn't as clean as other hotels I've stayed at.

There are literally zero negatives I can say about this lovely hotel. Every staff member I encountered was amazing and just so kind. They genuinely seemed to love their job. The location can't be beat, the waterfront is gorgeous and serene. The view from the well appointed rooms is overlooking the harbour and marina. So pretty! The conference center staff kept us fed and provided everything we needed to host our 3 day meetings. We didn't run out of anything and the food was very good! Sincerely hope you have a chance to stay here!

This hotel is amazing, and their staff are phenomenal! A VERY special mention to Austin. You saved our brief vacation, and thanks to your professionalism, we had an incredible first trip to Kingston. My heart felt gratitude to you : ) My hubby and I had a pretty awful experience with a different hotel, and at 11pm on Sunday September 24th, Austin was amazing~ and because of him, your incredible staff and this beautiful hotel, we will ALWAYS book with this Marriott. The room was sensational (905), the location was perfect to walk almost everywhere, our room was super clean, the breakfast was full of options and we had a perfect birthday getaway. You have made customers for life.
