I could not be more disappointed with my time here. After checking in around 3:30 pm, they informed us our room was not ready. While that is okay, we then had to wait in another line for over 20 minutes at 4 pm just to pick up our keys. We were provided zero directions on how to get to our room, and the hotel layout was quite confusing. The room was in fine condition. The day of our stay, we were out of the room for several hours. The next morning, when I went to get my almond milk from the fridge, I discovered it was thrown out! In addition to this, other food items were missing. We were staying an additional three nights, so I am not sure how this happened. When I complained to the front desk, they somehow replaced the almond milk with an open bottle. My guess is it was the one that they took from my room, but where did it go during the several hours it was missing? I was hoping they could just replace the bottle, since it’s only like $5 and I didn’t have a car that could get me to a grocery store. Needless to say, that didn’t happen. Everything was overpriced. Lines were always super long. Custom service sucked. Some laundry rooms were out of service. None of us liked the breakfast. I usually love staying at Marriotts, but this experience greatly brought down my impression of the company. Only cool part was the koi pond. I would highly recommend against staying here!

Great location if you’re visiting Orlando for the parks! It’s also near a lot of gift shops and restaurants so you don’t need to go too far. However, the hotel is right next to a road with no sidewalk so it’s very hard to leave the hotel by foot. They charge for parking when that’s something that should already be included. The rooms were ok and they were clean. The elevators took a very long time. We had to wait 10 to 15 minutes every time. There was no stairs to let us reach our room as the exterior stairs were for emergencies only. The breakfast was very over priced. It was 22$ per person and it was an ordinary breakfast buffet that hotels usually offer for free. They gave us 4 vouchers with a value of 25$ so we used them for the breakfast on two separate says but I would have never have paid that much for breakfast. Next time I’m in Orlando, I’ll look for a hotel that has a better value!

This was a very nice place. Not sure what the other reviews were talking about because we did not experience any of that. The staff was great and told me to Uber instead of using the off property free shuttle which was perfect, room was clean and quiet. Food was goo, pool area was great. They said they usually charge for parking but comped it and gave us food vouchers that we could use at the bar. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was a great value! The rooms were clean, had complimentary water bottles, a heated pool that was hot enough to get in during the winter, two hot tubs, a waterfall grotto in the main pool. It even had a koi fish pond by a lighted gazebo area!! A relaxing area with several fire pit seating areas, and yard games. The lobby was clean and beautiful and staff was friendly. Will definitely stay again!!!
