Thoroughly loved my stay at this properly. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure the guests are satisfied with their stay. Their hospitality definitely made me feel like home. The breakfast is also great with a good spread. I’d also like to mention Mr. Osman (the cat), who is always present at the property and is fun to play with, which adds a special touch to the property :)

Excellent staff, a family run business with attention to detail. Kind and helpful always. The room we had was 501 with unbelievable panoramic views of the old city. Thanks to Ahmed and his team. Without a doubt one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. And not to mention Osman the resident cat who spent a couple of hours with us.

If I could will give 6 stars. An excellent hotel with the best staff ever beginning with the big boss Osman the cat. Ali is the most sweet and attentive, Mohamed is also very kind and helpful. We are very pleased with the service, food was excellent and is near to the Galata tower and the train station to go around the city. Thank you Ahmed for all the tips and the taxi service you arrange for us. We felt like at home!!! PS if you looking for a super size room is not the place, but if you looking for something cozy and comfortable this is the place to stay. By the way they celebrate my husband’s birthday!!

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay in Istanbul! It was clean and comfortable and in a nice, quiet part of town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and had great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to eat at. The breakfast was delicious and everyone felt safe with Osman the security cat keeping watch. I highly recommend this hotel!
