The location was superb ! Very near to well known and must see spots. The hotel was very beautiful and very clean. The service was superb, from assistance with our suitcases to the ladies cleaning our room, everyone was so kind and sweet. The gentlemen at the front desk always had a smile on their face and excited to help at any moment - which is difficult despite seeming so easy. I thank everyone we made our trip extra special. Only downside I would say is the breakfast. It’s in the basement (lower floor) area with no elevator access. So if you have difficulties walking down stairs due to a knee injury or of the short this will be difficult for you. The quality of the breakfast was okay, not terrible, but have had better quality breakfast in other locations in Türkiye. However, breakfast outside in the city is inexpensive in some spots so I would still stay at this location given the superb service and the quality of the rooms (beautiful)! Comfy beds, spacious bathroom, pressured water , and lovely interior design .

Our family booked 4 rooms during the new year eve in this hotel at a very expensive price for service given ( around 100 Euro per night vs 35 euro in normal period) So from where to start: -We lost a gold necklace that was kept in the safe box and the hotel didn’t help at all on that… not even trying cameras check - A horrible engine conditioning system noise in the room, we asked to change the room twice and that was not possible, so end up not sleeping for 8 days - The breakfast wasn’t good at all - Cleaning is very minimalistic We tried to do write a review in booking but we couldn’t and I wonder why ? But the location was good to be fair The hotel is not worth that price at all… and we were not safe as we got stolen “ yes can say that since no help has been given by the hotel to find the necklace”

We just stayed there for 6 nights and had the best experience. We had originally booked in a different Meroddi location but received an email ahead of time telling us they were upgrading us to a suite in this location. The suite was great, clean with a nice living area, and a spacious enough bathroom. There was a safe for those worried about their valuables. The AC worked great while being quiet. We loved the location in the very busy Galata tower area. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I had read bad reviews about breakfast but in all fairness it was not bad for the price. Yes the quality was not that of a five star hotel but there were enough options to sustain us well into the afternoon. I would definitely go back or recommend to friends and family.
