I recently had a wonderful stay at the Dosso Dossi Hotel in Istanbul, specifically at the Yenikapi location. The exceptional service provided by two employees, Mert and Yilmaz, truly stood out. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist were remarkable. On a particular instance, we realized we had forgotten our charger converter. Without hesitation, Mert and Yilmaz promptly provided us with one, sparing us the need to purchase a new one. Their thoughtfulness made a significant difference in our stay. Additionally, I must commend the restaurant staff for their kind and helpful demeanor. Their warmth and assistance added to the overall positive experience at the hotel. Overall, Dosso Dossi Hotel, Yenikapi, exceeded my expectations due to the exceptional service provided by Mert, Yilmaz, and the attentive restaurant staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

We stayed in this hotel for 15 days. The location is just in front of the metro/train station and within a walkable distance to tram and bus stations. But, I felt that the location is not that safe, when I was coming back to the hotel alone at night. The best thing in this hotel is their staff, especially Hasan in the restaurant; he is very polite, responsive and hard working 💪. Many thanks also go to the young lady Jansu, Yilmaz, Ali, Mert and another lady in the reception; they were very kind and responsive. And we should not forget the housekeeping lady who was also very responsive and hard working. We want to express our gratitude to the hotel for keeping our luggage during our 5 days stay in Büyükada. On the other hand, there are some negative points in the hotel, which I wish they work on improving: 1. the AC is centrally controlled and it is very hot in many rooms; we had to change the room 4 times in less than a week ! 2. The breakfast needs some change from day to day and lacks fruits and Turkish coffee.

It was a tragic experience. First, they took an amount from me to add a bed, and until check-out from the hotel they did not provide it. The air-conditioning is very bad to the point of suffocation, and the misfortune is that it is only controlled from the reception, and it was hot all the time. Breakfast is as in the picture. No comment. It is very narrow, there is no privacy in the bathroom, part of the bathroom door is always open, not to mention privacy, but smells, and there is no good sound insulation and the area is very crowded. I do not advise anyone with a family to come to the hotel.
