Very great hotel, nice location, friendly staff and very helpful. The food is great I tried the breakfast for about 5 days it was great. However, on my 4th day one of the staff at the breakfast buffet told me I can't order omelette and I have to choose from the available food, I told her I've been ordering for the last 3 days and she said you will be charged if you order anything other than the buffet. That was pretty rude and I know it wasn't true. Otherwise all staff were very nice and kind. She was an exception I believe.

It's definitely a really good hotel and we were very happy to stay here, having got a good value deal. There is a nice swimming pool and hot tub and a nice bar, with a wide range of whiskies. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff throughout were so lovely. Great location too. Recommended.

The hotel is in a great location. Approximately 10 minutes walk from Central train station. There is also a bus station within walking distance. There are lots of nice restaurants, theatres, cinema and bars nearby. The hotel itself is very welcoming. On arrival we received warm cookies and bottles of water. We had a spacious room on the 8th floor with nice views over Glasgow. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. We both slept well. Breakfast was help yourself with a great variety of food to choose from. I would definetly choose here to stay again.

If you can get a good price (under £100 per night) you’ll be pleased, anything over that and you start to notice some issues. Great rooms, staff all friendly, helpful and great location with parking. The pool & change rooms are not in great condition and very busy, the wait for food in the restaurant wasn’t ideal - all over looked by us for the low price paid and an enjoyable stay overall.
