I emailed them and called 100 times, the whole day and month!! No pick up!! Is it really a hotel??? That doesn’t respond over emails and phone!! I expected to have a free airport shuttle!! Instead I paid out of pocket and had to deal with aggressive taxi drivers at night!!! The receptionist DOESN’T speak English at all!

DO NOT GO THERE We booked the hotel because our flight was rescheduled a day later and we quickly needed a place to sleep. They offered us a room with early checkin at 5am, which sounded incredible. Unfortunately the room was not. The small in that place reminds of Someone died in the hotel. It is super dirty and seriously needs some renovation! We eventually managed to get our money refunded but then the next tricky part began: the street was flooded and it took us a long time to find a grab which was willing to pick us up. Never go there! No idea how this place got 4,2 stars!

The only redeeming quality of this place is the airport shuttle. The room was dirty and we spotted cockroaches and ants immediately. The breakfast was absolutely awful, a fixed menu of precooked meals that are served cold. The hotel apparently has two routes to get there from the airport, the default one takes nearly 1hr cause of traffic and hotel staff don’t proactively warn guest before arriving. Overall I’d say the staff weren’t overly friendly but also were not rude I’d rate the staff alone at 4/5 stars.
